The center of activities consists of an advanced research and development laboratory, for a continuous technical, chemical, and mechanical evolution of raw materials, and to experiment with solutions capable of anticipating market needs. Production is supported by facilities and production processes that are constantly updated from a technological standpoint, with continuous performance monitoring for a high level of product quality.
Research and materials
The in-depth study of the characteristics of each alloy allows us to select the best solution, whether it is a biomedical component, a watch case, a fuel cell plate, or the hinge of glasses. And so on, without limiting the creativity of designers.
Design and assistance
Every detail is reproduced in virtual reality and carefully analyzed before processing, often offering the client improved revisions. We carefully evaluate the placement of the component in the final product to collaboratively explore more efficient and cost-effective solutions.
Rapid prototyping
We have the most modern rapid prototyping techniques. Each project is always and immediately followed by the preparation of a physical prototype, in stereolithography, photochemical etching, electroforming, or laser cutting, to reassess its characteristics or any defects before launching production.
Quality control
Every production batch, even the smallest, follows a precise supply chain and the composition and origin of the raw material are always certifiable, as well as the absence of heavy metals, solvents, or protective oils.
The new facility for the European market, in Romania, is obtaining ISO 9001 certification for quality management, ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management systems, and ISO 14001 for environmental management systems.
Sustainability and environment
No product can be considered of quality if the entire supply chain is not able to guarantee the lowest possible values of atmospheric emissions and water pollution.
For a long time, most of the activities in our laboratories have been dedicated to researching eco-sustainable solutions, from raw materials to consumables to packaging systems.
