Etching
Photo-etching (or chemical milling) is our cutting-edge technology for creating complex and precise metal components. We cut and engrave steel and copper alloys sheets from 0.05 to 2 mm in thickness, ensuring the tightest tolerances, burr-free edges, and zero thermal or mechanical distortion.
Ideal for everything from rapid prototyping to lhigh-volume production, with faithful reproductions in record time. A simple vector drawing is all it takes to bring perfect components to life for micromechanics, automotive, electronics, eyewear, watchmaking, and modeling.

Etching
Chemical photo-etching (or chemical milling) is our cutting-edge technology for creating complex and precise metal parts. We cut and engrave steel and copper alloys sheets from 0.05 to 2 mm thick, ensuring tight tolerances, burr-free edges, and zero thermal or mechanical distortion.

Precision
Casting
Lost wax micro-casting allows for the reproduction of complex three-dimensional parts with undercuts, starting from a 3D design, a sketch, or an original model. We work with tin, brass, nickel-silver, bronze, and special alloys to achieve compact, smooth, and porosity-free details.
Casting articulated geometries in a single monolithic piece eliminates lengthy assembly and welding operations, minimizing shrinkage and deformation.
Our lead-free and cadmium-free alloys are optimized for subsequent electroplating processes. It is the preferred method for creating eyewear components, mechanisms for musical instruments, fashion accessories, and modeling.
02 Micro
Casting
Lost wax micro-casting allows for the reproduction of complex three-dimensional components with undercuts, based on a 3D design, a sketch, or an original model. We process tin, brass, nickel silver, bronze, and special alloys to achieve compact, smooth, and porosity-free surfaces.
It is the the premier process for creating eyewear components, musical instrument mechanics, fashion accessories, and scale modeling.

Laser
Cutting
Our diode and fiber laser systems deliver clean, high-speed cuts on steel, brass and bronze sheets up to 4 mm thick. The technology ensures perfectly smooth, perpendicular edge profiles completely
eliminating the need for secondary deburring or post-processing.
For more sophisticated projects, we integrate the laser with chemical photo-etching. This hybrid synergy allows us to pre-etch logos, text, and surface textures at partial depth, before profile-cutting the perimeter with laser power and precision.

For more sophisticated projects, we combine the laser with chemical photo-etching to reproduce logos, text and surface textures, and then cut the perimeter with the power and precision of the laser.

Electro
Forming
Electroforming is a sophisticated electrochemical process that enables the production of ultra-thin, flexible, and shiny metallic parts. Through the electrodeposition of nickel, we create complex profiles and details with thicknesses bellow 100 microns, for applications in eyewear, watchmaking, electronics and fashion accessories.
We deliver these elements pre-positioned on an adhesive backing and protected by a transparent film. This solution allows for the quick and precise application of logos, embellishments and decorations on any surface in a single manual step.
Thanks to an innovative cathodic coloring process, we offer an extensive color palette ranging from brilliant silver to pastel shades. All manufacturing processes align with our sustainable principles, using safe chemistry entirely free of cyanides, nitrates or fluorides.

Forming
Electroforming is a sophisticated electrochemical process that allows for the production of ultra-thin, flexible, and shiny metallic components. Through the electrodeposition of nickel, we create complex profiles and details with thicknesses bellow 100 microns, for applications in eyewear, watchmaking, electronics and fashion accessories.
Thanks to an innovative cathodic coloring process, we offer an extensive color range: from bright silver to pastel shades. The entire process follows an eco-friendly philosophy, using safe chemistry free from cyanides, nitrates, or fluorides.
CNC Milling
& Turning
