Components for eyeglasses in metal and embellishers for eyewear in plastic, parts for micromechanics and electronics, parts for fuel cells, special runs of precious objects, logos, friezes and decorations, parts of fountain pens and watches, complicated mechanisms for musical instruments, details for modeling railway, naval or automotive, objects of modern art, carnival masks, clothing accessories, jewelery, nameplates, small sculptures, reproductions of rare coins and ancient weapons, handles and small parts for antiques and vintage cars , etc, etc…
A simple drawing on paper or in the following graphic formats: dwg, dxf (AutoCAD or other software using these formats), 3dm (Rhinoceros), stl, igs, cdr (Coreldraw), ai (Illustrator), pdf, fh11, tiff, bmp, tga, eps and others. Sometimes a photograph can be enough, if accompanied by the most important dimensions.
We can reproduce in metal an original model (master), built practically in any material: metal, plastic, wood, plaster, wax, even composed of several parts welded or glued together. The cast reproductions will have a reduction (shrinkage) of about 1.5 - 2% compared to the original. It's recommended to indicate the most important dimensions to be respected and where to place the feeding channel.

Calculating the price of your component is now very easy!
Enter the prices page and choose the size and the metal ... that's how much it will cost you! There is no need to register or wait.
If you want to receive a detailed offer, send us your drawings, photographs or models, and we will reply in a few hours.
You can check the cost of each component easily and immediately in the price section.
You just have to calculate the volume of the parallelepiped that can hold the piece, i.e. maximum length, width and height.
Our manufacturing processes do not need molds.
For photoetching and electroforming, the plates are masked with a very high definition digital process (xmos).
Even investment casting does not require traditional molds, but rather short-lasting rubber and ceramic matrices.
At the beginning of the processing of each item and only for the first time, a simple "start-up" fee of a few tens of Euros is charged, relative to the size of the model and the complexity of the design.
You can know immediately how much you will spend in the prices section!
In photoetching, only 2 plates (or all the pieces that these can contain).
In casting, the minimum order is only 2 pieces per item.
In laser cutting, the minimum quantity depends on the design and must be calculated.
In electroforming, the minimum quantity is 10 adhesive sheets of 100x300 mm
And you know immediately how much you will be spending in section prices!
The design of the requested detail is processed on a computer and then "photographed" on the metal sheet. A sophisticated process of acid baths melts the contours, and perforates and etches the slab even on several levels.
Brass, bronze and special bronzes, nickel silver, beryllium copper, aluminum, common and special steels and stainless steel. The sheets can have sizes from 100 x 300 mm up to 400 x 1000 mm, with thicknesses from 0.03 to 1.2 mm.
The parts are normally delivered in "plate", with smooth surfaces, with a polished appearance, with two small easily removable witnesses (connectig points).
Copper alloys (brass, bronze and nickel silver) can be easily soldered with tin or welded with silver alloy, polished with special abrasive wheels, or with systems such as tumbling and vibrating.
EXELLA materials are tested to accept all the most common galvanic treatments (copper plating, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, rhodium plating, etc).
Copper beryllium can be treated by solubization and aging treatments, to obtain surprising elasticity and hardness characteristics (even over 400 Vickers).
Stainless steels are also available with already mirror polished surface (BA).
Lost wax casting or "investment casting" is a particular technique for faithfully reproducing complicated metal parts, even very small ones, advantageously replacing lengthy assembly operations. The original model is faithfully copied with special silicone elastomers and then reproduced in wax.
In turn, the wax copies (positive reproductions of the original) will be coated with special ceramics. The shapes obtained are then baked for many hours allowing the wax to flow out, leaving in its place the impression which will then be filled by the melten metal.
The parts are normally delivered with smooth surfaces, with a matt satin appearance, with a small residue of the injection channel.
Copper alloys (brass, bronze and nickel silver) can be easily soldered with tin or welded with silver alloy, mirror polished with special abrasive wheels, or with systems such as tumbling and vibrating.
EXELLA materials do not contain lead and cadmium, do not undergo treatments with acids and are tested to accept all the most common galvanic treatments (copper plating, nickel plating, silver plating, gilding, rhodium plating, etc…).
Copper beryllium can be treated by solubization and aging heat treatments, to obtain surprising elasticity and hardness characteristics (even over 300 Vickers).
Brass, bronze and special bronzes, nickel silver, beryllium copper, aluminum and precious metals, all lead and cadmium free.
In the table of metals The most commonly used materials among the over sixty alloys produced so far are indicated in the table of metals, but it is possible to compose special alloys on request.
