Eine einfache Zeichnung auf Papier oder in den folgenden Grafikformaten: dwg, dxf (AutoCAD oder andere Software, die diese Formate verwendet), 3dm (Rhinoceros), stl, igs, cdr (Coreldraw), ai (Illustrator), pdf, fh11, tiff, BMP, TGA, EPS und andere. Manchmal kann ein Foto mit den wichtigsten Maßen ausreichen.
Wir können ein Originalmodell (Master) aus praktisch jedem Material reproduzieren: Metall, Kunststoff, Holz, Gips, Wachs, sogar aus mehreren zusammengeschweißten oder geklebten Teilen. Die gegossenen Reproduktionen weisen im Vergleich zum Original eine Reduzierung (Schrumpfung) von ca. 1,5 - 2 % auf. Es wird empfohlen, die wichtigsten zu beachtenden Abmessungen und die Position des Futterkanals anzugeben.

The design of the requested detail is processed on a computer and then "photographed" on the metal sheet. A sophisticated process of acid baths melts the contours, and perforates and etches the slab even on several levels.

The sheets can have sizes from 100 x 300 mm up to 400 x 1000 mm, with thicknesses from 0.03 to 1.2 mm.
The parts are normally delivered in "plate", with smooth surfaces, with a polished appearance, with two small easily removable witnesses (connectig points).
Copper alloys (brass, bronze and nickel silver) can be easily soldered with tin or welded with silver alloy, polished with special abrasive wheels, or with systems such as tumbling and vibrating.
EXELLA materials are tested to accept all the most common galvanic treatments (copper plating, nickel plating, silver plating, gold plating, rhodium plating, etc).
Copper beryllium can be treated by solubization and aging treatments, to obtain surprising elasticity and hardness characteristics (even over 400 Vickers).
Stainless steels are also available with already mirror polished surface (BA).
Lost wax casting or "investment casting" is a particular technique for faithfully reproducing complicated metal parts, even very small ones, advantageously replacing lengthy assembly operations. The original model is faithfully copied with special silicone elastomers and then reproduced in wax.
In turn, the wax copies (positive reproductions of the original) will be coated with special ceramics. The shapes obtained are then baked for many hours allowing the wax to flow out, leaving in its place the impression which will then be filled by the melten metal.
The parts are normally delivered with smooth surfaces, with a matt satin appearance, with a small residue of the injection channel.
Copper alloys (brass, bronze and nickel silver) can be easily soldered with tin or welded with silver alloy, mirror polished with special abrasive wheels, or with systems such as tumbling and vibrating.
EXELLA materials do not contain lead and cadmium, do not undergo treatments with acids and are tested to accept all the most common galvanic treatments (copper plating, nickel plating, silver plating, gilding, rhodium plating, etc…).
