IV. Data Processing

1 – Data processing methods

The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by the art. 45, p. 1, of the GDPR, for which no further consent is required. Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set forth in articles 45 et seq. of the GDPR.

VII. Security of collected data

This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data.
