Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control processes, policies, and procedures
- Analyze quality control data and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions as needed
- Provide leadership and guidance to the quality control team
Skills
- Good knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and tools
- Basic knowledge of technical drawing programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic English or Italian
Great to have
- Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering or chemistry)
- Basic knowledge of metalworking techniques
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing environment
